I initially entered her office barely able to move- herniated disk, bulging disk on top of scoliosis. She took so much time to educate and work with me on a language platform that made sense to me. Faith has a way of getting you to find your edge and become more aware of your body’s needs. She helped me gain knowledge and a better understanding of what and why my body was in the condition it was in. She really took time to focus on me and customize my massage to what my body/mind needed that day. Not only did she do massage work, she also introduced me to yoga! Faith guided me through so many yoga poses that she knew would benefit me. I loved it so much I actually went home and rearranged my bedroom to set up my own little yoga area!

Guided Meditation is a systematic method of inducing deep physical, mental, and emotional relaxation.  It involves deep relaxation with inner awareness while the instructor leads a guided session. The teacher uses auto-suggestion cues, visualization, and affirmation to create an environment in which healing can occur.
